
There's an official weather station located at Kelly Airpark, with the name Elbert Mountain or Monument Hill, though there aren't even any hills to speak of within a few miles of here.

You will be towed aloft in a two place glider behind a Piper Pawnee towplane.
Once at several thousand feet above the ground, your pilot will release the glider from the towplane and the quiet grace of soaring will embrace you.
